What actions can be taken to get money back from GreenDot/ Monypack?

There are almost 200 complaints about cards being loaded (you have to put money on before this happens!?) and rejected are you get a message info not verified. Then they tell you that a refund check will be sent but few get the checks !! I lost almost $300 !! How could this company be in business and no media brings this up, they'd rather attack WalMart.

I don't do any business with GreenDot. They took $50 from me and wanted me to give my social security number to some person in India to get a check back. Utter nonsense. Boycott them.
