I am Cyberbullying someone, could I get caught?

Hi I am a 14 year old girl and I am Cyberbullying someone. Don't hate I just want an answer to my question. So heres the story.

So the girl I am cyberbullying is fat and ugly but nice to me. I don't know why I chose to bully her when we are friends but she seemed an easy enough target. About a month ago a status on my news feed came up, linking me to this girls ask.fm account. Which is basically a website where you anonomously ask people you know questions. So I started there. I sent messages like "You are the fattest girl in school and you look like a pig when you eat!" But within a week it was messages like "Go and starve yourself or you will never get a boyfriend, you fat twat!" And I was sending around 3 a day. Then I made a different Facebook and Twitter account and started bullying her there too. She'd block me, then I'd make a new email and therefore a new FB and Twitter account. Then around the 2nd week I decided to go on a computer at my local libary and do it so it was safer. Then I bullied her on E-mail and then I got a new phone, which I hide in a tree and prank called and texted her there saying nasty things. So for about the past week I have bern bulling her on Ask.fm, Facebook, Twitter, E-mail and on the phone. I do it from arpund 4-7 and send around 15 messages a day and call and text her a few times. I tell her "Your friends b*tch about you behind your back and they wouldn't care if you died. Only Mcdonalds would care cus you keep them in buissness" I call her swear words and insult her and she has no idea its me. I love the feeling I get when we are talking and shes no f*ck all. I love the power I have over her.

Anyway if I bully her in the libary and never at home they will never trace it to me right? I always hide my other phone in a bush so it is never near my house. Could I be caught? I will do best answer!

Yes, although there is not a direct law applied to 'Cyber-bullying' you WOULD be arrested and prosecuted under the General Harassment Act, which consults for such crimes and stalking and forms of sexual harassment. You could be jailed for up to 2 months in worse cases.

They could have complaints about the library and then match that to CCTV who were on that particular machine at the time. You have such a sad lonely life you bully to make yourself feel better.

She will get sick of it and fight back where you will be the one who cannot cope with society later on and continue being lonely.

Cyberbullying is a criminal harassment.

So, police can trace the IP back to the library computer. If the library has a video camera and time of the harassment is known then the police can get your picture and you're done.

If the library does not have a camera, then it's a little be complicated. The police needs to cross-reference the time of harassment messages and people on the computers in the library at the same time. You'll get caught anyway.

I shall respect your wishes & not judge but I will say bullying someone just because their not as popular is not acceptable, and you should & eventually will feel ashamed and probably get found out

because you use a public computer means that the history will get erased from THAT computer but WILL still be on your library account, & the libraries have cameras & the library staff can alert the police if their needed .
