If you have another computer which has access to the internet (you, or even a friend) and the proper utilities to transfer small files over (flash drive, even email), I recommend finding and downloading the proper drivers that you deleted. If you can find your product number, you could easily find the drivers and transfer them over to the computer that is in turmoil.

If all else fails, find the option which allows you to restore your computer to an earlier state, or even do a full restore *IF NECESSARY*.

Contact technetinite@gmail.com if you need more help.

Try going to your manifacturers website (dell) and looking in the support section for the drivers you need. You will need to know your PC model. After that transfer the files via USB and install them.
Otherwise try using a system restore point (this can be found in the start menu). Use the closest restore and apply it.

Hello Mindy,
My name is Krishna and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. You can visit the below link and input your Service Tag number to get updated network drivers specific to your computer.

http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/1...cs=19&l=en

Once you are in the driver page, Click "Download Now", to download the file and save it on your desktop. You can transfer the file to your non-working Dell using a CD or a flash drive. Click on each file and follow the on-screen instructions.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dell-Kris K
