How to add Facebook advertising coupon on new page?

hi. im confused...

i have one page, on which i can go to MANAGE ADS and I see it on list that is located on the left side. And I go to Billing, Funding source and I see my credit card there. As well as option to ADD NEW funding source.

Now I have another page, and I want to use one of those coupons that are only made for new sites that have less that 15 likes, and is few days old.

But I dont know how to that.

On that left card i mentioned, under "manage ads", there is dropdown arrow where there should be list of accounts, but my old page is the only one to in list.

when i go to add that coupon for new site, it does not work because FACEBOOOK obviously sees my old site, and my old site has many fans so i cant use that coupon.

HOW TO USE THAT COUPON for new sites please HELP
