Hi Akshay,

My name is Gautam and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell.

Firstly you may try to reset Internet Explorer to default settings and check if that resolves your issue. Please follow these steps:

1. Click Start> Control Panel> Internet Options
2. Click Advanced tab and then click Reset

Select the Delete personal settings check box if you would also like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, Tracking Protection, and ActiveX Filtering data.

3. Click Reset in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box
4. Click Close once Internet Explorer has finished applying default settings and then click OK
5. Restart Internet explorer and check if it works fine.

Click on the link mentioned below if you would like to Reset Internet Explorer using MS Fixit http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9646978

You can also run the Microsoft’s fixit to make IE fast, stable and safe. Click http://bit.ly/Uyk5XA

If the issue persists after resetting Internet explorer, then you may try upgrading your browser to Internet explorer 9, if you are using Internet Explorer 8 at present. Click http://bit.ly/hZDJH5

Or

Downgrade to Internet Explorer 8 if you are using Internet Explorer 9. Click http://bit.ly/QeNJ4j for helpful instructions.

Please reply in case you have any further questions.

Regards
Dell_Gautam_H
