How ca i know the Livestream dates?

Sometimes I see on Youtube that celebrities (e.g: Justin Bieber, Janoskians..) do Live videos on Twitter, or LiveStream and i always hope to see one of these videos live.
I wanted to ask if anyone knows how i could be notified whenever one of these celebrities are going to go online. I dont have Twitter, so I cant read their Tweets, so if anyone knows how i could do that, or maybe if anyone knows when any celebrities are doing live chats, please comment your answer! you could make a twitter and only follow the people you want and not tell anyone about it and not tweet on it so you technically dont have a twitter. if you have an iphone, you can make it so you're notified when the person you follow tweets, so you can always know. if you don't have an iphone, there's a setting where you can receive a text when the person tweets.
