What is a good free place to make a online forum?
I was wondering what are the best free website to make a forum at? I have heard of proboards and checked it out but, wondered if there is anything better or similar to this website? I want to have forums that are free and have unlimited space and allows html and adult content (Just incase!) Anyone know of any good websites and what was your experience with them? Also what is a good way to get activity and get a lot of people to join and participate in the forums?
