How can I get noticed by niall horan at a one direction signing / concert?

I'm going to a one direction concert in July in Pittsburg, PA. I love niall horan so much and we have so much in common. He followed me on twitter from his official twitter and his back up one. I don't like him for his voice or looks even tho he has both. I love him for his personality. He is so sweet, funny, charming, romantic, and he has a childish side to him like I do. Is there any way I can get him to notice me at the signing at the concert? ALSO what do I need to take to the signing?
