Someone made a fake twitter accout of me?

When my friend was searching me to follow me she found out another twitter has been made of me with my name and a picture of me. When my friend tweeted and tagged me and this other account in the tweet the other account off me had blocked me then deleted the account. My other made also had another account made of her which was also deleted. Can anything be done about these account although they're deleted? Or should i just leave it?

You should contact Twitter immediately. They can try to trace who made the account and prevent them from making future accounts
