ok so i started talking to this guy as friends and we talked for like 3 weeks and i began to catch feelings. we had good conversations but now he won't even text my phone anymore. i like him a lot and i smile every-time he uploads a picture on Facebook i just want to text him but since he hasn't texted me in 2 weeks i don't want to sound desperate i just want to be cool with him again? how should i get his attention should i follow him on twitter? instagram?? i really like him and now i'm feeling like he is rejecting me!

He doesnt text you because he doesnt want to. I mean, texting is so easy and takes 10 seconds to do, and he doesn't want to put in the effort to talk to you.
