Why isn't my image being aligned with others?

On the footer the image "real self" is below the facebook and twitter links... why? I would like them to all be even.

There's whitespace at the bottom of facebook and Twitter images, you could either edit the "Real self" image and move it upwards or use CSS with something like 'style="bottom:5px;"' which should move it up 5 px, depends on your code.
Or maybe crop the other 2 to remove the white borders.
