How do you feel about companies that falsify their image when using social media marketing?

For example- if you were previously employed by a company that tweets about how wonderful they treat their employees and you know this isn't true-how do you feel? Many times the people tweeting for the company have no idea what really goes on in the "trenches". (i.e. unethical middle management or small minded, insecure supervisors.)

Of course this is unfair, but I think that people should just get used to it. It is a part of life, unfair treatment, lying to get ahead. If there is a big problem, people should complain to authorities or something...
