Is he jealous or not?

so i have a friend, and he and i are good friends. I don't really like him as more than a friend, but I don't know if he likes me? He calls me "kid" all the time, and i mean he told me i'm like his little sister. But the other day, i was on twitter, and i said that i saw a really handsome guy that day, who was tall and had dark hair (my friend isn't like that) and then he said "this is twitter not match.com" What!?! lol that was out of nowhere? was he jealous? or maybe just annoyed a little?

It seems like he was a little jealous, which is usually a good thing. Hopefully you like him back because he was definitely flirting by calling you 'kid'. My boyfriend and I were friends at first and he always used to call me his little sister and say he would protect me, which ended up with us being in a relationship and him being sweet and protective. This guy definitely seems to like you because I don't anyone who just wants to be friends would say that. Good Luck!
