How to advertise my YouTube channel? e.g ads?

I have a gaming channel that gets
10 channel views a day, its new but i would pay for exposure

I know you said you would pay, but first im gonna mention some free ways incase you didn't do them yet:

Make a Facebook fan page. Use that page to comment on other gaming pages, like other gaming comments etc.

Make other YouTube videos which will get more views, then link them back to your channel and explain about your channel. Maybe reviews of video games (if you don't already)

Join some gaming forums and add a link in your signature or make a thread about your channel.

For paid ads:

Facebook ad's is good. You could really target a certain group of people, if done correctly, this will help your conversion ratio. Either link the ad to your YouTube (if they allow that), or directly to your Facebook Fan page.

Google ads but it might be more expensive and maybe not as good conversions.

Bing also has an ad network.

For cheap ads, 7Search. It's a PPC network. Some people say the traffic is not the best quality thought. But the clicks are extremely cheap.

Try to talk to another well know YouTube channel and see if they could feature you on it. Maybe give you a shout out about your channel. If your channel is quality then some people will be willing to do this. You could also help them by offering them some service to benefit them. This could be paid or free I guess.

You could pay through youtube ad program. you set a limit per day and pay when someone views your video.
