How can I be attractive outside facebook?

Since I started talking on facebook to school friends, I've been getting more comments on how I'm funny, interesting and suddenly a good friend. They also say they love the new me. However this comes to a problem. I always struggle to be myself outside social media and can't think why but for some reason it comes out on social media. Since a young age, people have said i barely talk but i struggle to release it. Any tips or advice on solving my issue?

I remember feeling the same way when I was in high school. It's easy to be confident in social media when you have a lot of time to think about how you want to convey a message. I used to think "why can't I say things like this in real life?" Just remember that a lot of your friends probably feel the same way. So the things they are saying to you (like that you are funny and a good friend) are most likely things that they have wanted to say to you in real life, but didn't have confidence! Once I got to college, I started to feel a lot more confident in who I was and I was able to speak my mind a lot more. As a result I had a lot more (and better) friendships. It just comes with life experience. Just remember to be yourself in every situation and be careful about how you present yourself to the world through social media.
