if ur on facebook u must be talking with u friends. maybe just text them from a different messaging network or just get twitter?. or maybe instead of talking to ur friends from computers, u can go talk to them in person IF u know them in real life ofcourse lol. or maybe u can just spend time with ur family?

(1) Try to get ur head into some other things like movies, music, games, or try to spend ur time with your friends (who uses fb way too much less, of course if there is any) or family.

(2)If u r not that kind of person, like the pages you don't like, and turn off the feeds and notifications of pages and groups u like the mos. u'll get boared eventually.

(3)If u r using fb too long for chatting. u r on ur own.

did this to myself.
1. I started going to Gym after work for 90 minutes.
2. Come home and help my wife in cooking and dishwasher.
3. Chose my besties whom i'd call on a weekly basis to get in touch and talk/rant about current life.
4. Sleep good 8 hours.
5. On weekends, take wife out to community outings.

Use a kitchen timer to control your facebook time. Just set the timer for an hour or whatever time limit you decide you want to place on yourself for facebook, and when the timer goes off, so does your facebook account.
