Does this Sagittarius hate me or is he hurt?

He REALLY likes me, but he thinks I have commitment issues and I'm just a tease. I'm actually worried that HE has commitment issues, being a Sagittarius and all, but relationships are new to him (we're only 17) and he honestly doesn't know what he is and isn't capable of. He basically wanted to give me everything and I wanted to do the same for him, but today something happened and he suddenly went cold. He took it to Twitter to talking about me being a "femme fatale" (definition: An attractive and seductive woman, esp. one who will ultimately bring disaster to a man who becomes involved with her.) and some other sh*t. He basically believes I flirt and like other guys and he's just a charm on a bracelet with loads of others. It's crazy, I'm still a virgin yet he thinks I'm a slut because of rumors. He buys into them, I think that's why he liked me in the first place, which hurts.

Now he posted these lyrics out of nowhere:

I've looked up the meaning and listened to it and it isn't malicious at all. As for the lyrics: he knows I struggle with depression (MDD) and that I'm so numb that it's been months since I've cried. I can't cry. When I try to no tears come out, even when I'm terribly sad, my eyes just get a little moist. Even when I really want to I can't. He's completely aware of this, he knows I held so much pain in for a long time that I became "numb." My point is I think he doesn't understand that I like him more than he could possibly fathom and he shouldn't be jealous of whoever he thinks is competition. Does he actually hate me or is he just hurt and its turned to anger? I just think he's insecure, right? He's just steaming because he thinks all of my feelings for him aren't sincere or as real and strong as his? Please help.
