If you didn't proactively install and configure tracking software before it was stolen, your options are limited.

-Were you logged in to Facebook or any other social media websites? Will it check in automatically on any of them?

-Are photos taken by the device automatically uploaded anywhere? Dropbox, instagram, etc.?

-Did you have any email accounts setup on the tablet? Some, like Gmail, will give you a list of IPs that recently accessed the account. An IP alone probably won't get you your tablet back, but it's a start.
