Have a video that contains other people who i dont know?

I want to upload a video to youtube and twitter, but it has people who i dont know, and dont have permission to upload them... What do i have to do to legally put it up? blurr their faces? or can i simply not put it up at all?
What if its on a private property, and in some cases their private property?

Did you tape it in a public place?

YouTube has a face blur function. Upload the video as private. Go into Video Manager, Edit, Enhancements, Additional Features, Blur All Faces. When you are satisfied with the results, make it public.

As long as no one can be identified, and you taped it in a public place, you are not likely to get sued.
