What does SORRY NOT SORRY mean?
Sometimes when im on twitter, i see someone make a rude tweet and they put #SORRYNOTSORRY as a hashtag . What does it mean?

It basically means, "Sorry, but I'm not sorry for stating my opinion."
It is quite rude, yes.
