why does she still follow me and keep up with what im doing?

im not trying to make something out of nothing but i broke up with my gf because i did screw up (i didnt cheat or anything like that) but we had a big misunderstanding and she gave me all the signs: the cold shoulder, didnt care talk to me, so we both ended it, and of course i deleted her number and unfriended her on FB and unfollowed her on twitter but her and one of her best friends still follow me on twitter and i dont really use twtter that much so i didnt post anything for a long time and then once in a while i would just post a tweet and see what she does and for the past few months she has kept following me.

what does this mean is she just being nosy or is it just nothing?
perhaps she can move on without removing me from her life but im the opposite when it didnt work out for me i had to get rid of everything that made me think of her and even till this day i still sometimes just wonder about every now and then, but then again im a person that thinks and dwells on things for a long time.

Maybe she can get over you without having to remove you from her life. I talk to all my previous gf's on facebook. They are all married with kids so there is never any tension.
