if i do not use my facebook (or use it for fun) and have no friends (real friends) or family on, then why not?
or you can just make a new facebook, add random people and just give it away

Yes:
if it seems that the company or the manager seems like who would just use those information in a way which could affect you in any way.
just asking for your PASSWORD (for any website or purpose) seems a bit too weird and makes you think, is this a trustworthy person/company ???
