so like i have a twitter and like people say like 30x30 anyone? an like i don't get what that means. answer? thank u(;

It means that you give so many shoutouts 'til you both earn that number of followers

So like 30 x 30 you do so many shoutouts for that person until you both get 30 more followers or something like that.
