What does "<<<" mean? Usually in Twitter?
They'd say something like, "Working till midnight today <<<<" Just wondering what that means? Is it a "anything is better than that?" is it a sarcastic hurray?

When someone puts ">" it means greater than. And less than is "<".

Example:
If you like texting you would put: TEXTING >

If you don't like texting you would put TEXTING <

If you took first grade math, you will know the signs of less than, greater than. So same goes for this. "Working till midnight tonight <<<" everything is greater then that, but if you say something like this, "getting off work three hours early >>>" that means not is greater then that. Greater than > Less than <
