How to sign out of Twitter on my Samsung Wave s5800?

Okay so i signed into Twitter on my phone and i can't sign out. I have the Samsung Wave s5800. I understand you have to go to "My Account" but when i go there, there is nothing that says twitter, facebook or anything else. It just says email and account information. So is there another way to sign out or even delete the app. If there is not do you know if it cost money being signed into it all the time.

While in the facebook app, press menu and logout....or go to your phones settings take applications...find facebook...clear data
