Can I disable all but one app and game requests on facebook?

I am sick of receiving countless app and game requests on my facebook account. I would block all of them but I do have one app I would like to keep, which is my digsby app. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately no, as new games/apps are being made all the time. If someone sends you a game request, you can block it by hitting the X on the right of that request (assuming you're in the games section) and you can tell it to block that said game. (don't block your friend)

To block it on the feed if someone posts something annoying (ie. What is my favorite friend today? App) you mouse over the right hand corner of their post, an X shows up, and hit "hide Favorite Friend Today". Don't hit "Hide *insert friends name here*"

It will be a bit overwhelming at first, but after a couple days of doing this, you won't have to do it nearly as often as you'll get used to doing it, and you'll have a good majority of the stuff blocked.
