Why does my blackberry bold 9900 not let me setup email and other applications?
Okay so heres how it is, I bought the new blackberry bold from telus and got it unlocked so i can use it for koodo. Just yesterday i bought a new simcard for it and i got a new data plan with it. When i left the store i tried accessing the internet via the service provider and it didnt work, i tried setting up msn, facebook, twitter, and other applications and everytime i tried it said that the service was not enabled for my handheld device. Idk what that means but the only things that i have set up completly are bbm, blackberry app world and wifi. Everything else needs to be set up, i even tried doing it on wifi but it still doesnt work. I phoned koodo this morning and they said everything was running fine on their end and that it was probably the phone. I wish it isnt the phone because i cant return this phone. I can access the internet browser but i cant set up applications that need internet to run like msn or facebook. I even tried asking the koodo guys if they knew what was wrong but they told me that it had something to do with my data selection thing under my network connection option and that it was probably off, but since they dont know anything about the new blackberry they didnt know that everything just has a checkmark box instead of letting me actually click on the option. This is really confusing and im sorry if it seems like it but i really need somebodys help because i am very new to smartphones in general.

1- Dont buy a cheap factory unlock code-or those fake free offers!
2- Use the forums, i found the site http://www.ProMobileMotion.com to be the best service & actual factory unlock code so all features will work, MMS, Browser , Facebook will all work if you get it from the right place!
