What does the symbol A circle in the middle of trianlge mean?

Well, I know most of the answers will be "THE DEATHLY HALLOWS from Harry Potter" but I'm not asking about deathly hallows sign. I know how deathly hallows sign is. I'll describe you what symbol I'm asking for.
At first, The triangle is a tall triangle and in it's center, there is a circle separating the triangle in two parts, on top and bottom and in the middle is the circle.

That's the symbol. Please have a look on it and let me know if you have any idea about it. I want to have a tattoo like this and I want to know the meaning. Please do help.
