Like the above answer, they're random.
For further explanation. Let's say facebook assigns a random number to each friend. The system then "rolls". And get's a number, and then finds the corresponding contact which has the same number. |

They Are People Who you Interact with If Not than There Done By Random There Have been False Rumors Going around that its Who Views your Profile which is Not True Never Believe in that Theory
