i have two dell next business day warrenty's on my alienware ?
i have two seperate but the same titled warrenty on my laptop one ending in awfe months one in 2015 are they for different things like the 2013 one is for serious problems and the 2015 is for general ?
greatly appreciate any help ok just found out one is for hardware and one is for standard service what is the difference , apologies for sounding like a techno-fool Ads |

hardware=>fried motherboard, hd, etc. these you might have to send in to get fixed.
general=>to answer basic problems with your system Ads |
