How do you send a hug on facebook?

I saw someone send me a hug on facebook and it asks to accept or not ... how do you do that?

On the old facebook it used to be an option under the profile picture, you might also want to get the application that does this, you can get that by going to applications and typing hugs and then click on add application and voila you got it. Select the friend and send away
