Do colleges look at tumblr and instagram?

I was wondering since colleges look at your Facebook, do they look for your tumblr and instagram as well? What if they find it and there's nothing bad on both of my accounts? Would there be no point in hiding it then?

I wouldn't bother hiding it
They don't usually check, that would be a lot of time spent for the staff at the College. IF they did, then they are breaching your privacy as they haven't your permission; sometimes they MIGHT be able to get away with dong it but in my experience they can't do it. Even if they do, as long as you're not bullying, harassing, discriminating against anyone or putting risque stuff on there then why worry?
