ok this is what you use. since you have a twitter account you automatically have a twitpic account. or you should have. so go to

http://www.twitpic.com

there you log in using your twitter username and password. then go to settings in the top right. there should be a mobile thing. it will give you an email address that you send pictures to from your phone. normally it's (username) . (4 numbers) @twitpic.com if you want to put a little caption or something use the subject line and it'll be the caption to your picture. when its posted it'll automatically tweet on your twitter account basically saying...

(a link to your picture on twitpic) - (the caption - if you have one)
