What does it mean when a guy likes all your Facebook profile pics?

This cute guy at my school just liked all my profile pictures.

I just got like 8 notifications from the likes. He also commented on this picture I put of 'all the iPods I have broken'. His comment was "thats fucking amazing "

My first reaction was that he was being sarcastic with all the likes. But maybe he likes me, probably not... But anyway, guys what do you think this means?

Oh and what should I reply to his comment of "thats fucking amazing "

Just Like his comment and send him a simple cute message (you're a girl so you can get away with this) saying something like - Heyy - literally that's all you need to do. If he is a straight male and attracted to you he will jump all over that and initiate a conversation with you!
