how do you get rid of hidden camera facebook virus?

I have tried ccleaner and it keeps saying server not found when i search for AVG or antispyware it even blocks microsft from loading, anyone figured a way to loose it?

If you suspect that you have a computer virus and are unable to access the Internet, perhaps you should try booting your computer into Safe Mode with Networking and then see if you're able to access the Internet.

If you are able to access the Internet while you're in Safe Mode with Networking, I would suggest that you download both an antivirus program, as well as an antispyware program.
