I can't get all my apps to show on tool bar?

I was able to go back and add apps again, Facebook, and it would show up. But now nothing I do will put Facebook or other apps on toolbar except yahoo mail, weather, updates, flickr, finance, ebay.

You might try re-installing the Yahoo toolbar at toolbar.yahoo.com. If you use the Yahoo toolbar defaults then add apps to your toolbar while signed on to Yahoo. Also the apps you added while signed on will only show on the toolbar when you are signed on. If you are signed off, then you will see a different set of default toolbar apps.
