Is it possible to get arrested for saying ur going to sue chipotle on twitter?
I said I'm sueing chipotle (maybe) in a tweet and I'm wondering of the cops will search twitter for people trying to sue chipotle and find this tweet and decide to have me "go missing"

My advice...
get off twitter, and pay attention in school, when they explain what the 1st amendment is. Hint. It concerns freedom of speech. Suing someone is not a crime either. |

The word is "suing" and the general practice is that if you talk about it, you will not do it.
If you had a case worth taking to court, you would already have sued the guy/gal/it Now finish your homework, go brush your teeth and go to your room. |
