Friends bar on facebook mean they view your profile alot?

So, this maybe a silly question BUT when you go on your facebook and see the same people show up on your friends list, timeline, or whatever you want to call it. Does this mean they view your profile alot?

Not necessarily. Facebook will tell you that it is completely random, but I think it has something to do with the amount of interaction you have with others. Ie if you messaged someone recently, they typically show up, but only when you view your own profile. If you view others, it will find the mutual friends you have and then rate interaction. So it's based on the current user's interactions with the people in that friends list.
