You can post Classifieds ads on top Classifieds sites like CL, BP, OLX....many more just search top classifieds sites you ll get the list.

After that you can join top social networking sites & spread the message about your site.

For start , my advice is to not go any paid promotions. First concentrate on natural visitors means SEO work.

First do only 2 things classifieds postings & social networking.

Other then posting on usual sites (craigslist, etc.), you could try creating vidoes of your site and post it on youtube.
