What to do if a guy is stringing you along but you have real feelings for him?
This guy has been texting me every day for a few months. He always starts the conversations and he has asked me to hang out twice. He suggests we hang together but never acts on it. Since he has started flirting with me over Facebook and text, I have developed some real feelings for him(this is way more than a crush). I don't know what to do because I don't want to be strung along(I don't think my emotions can take that) but I don't want to shut him out because I really like him and would like to have a real relationship with him. How do I have a conversation with him on this topic?

Just come out and ask him where he sees this thing going with you as far as dating, getting more involved, maybe developing a deeper relationship and his real feelings about you. If he hems and haws a lot and balks at a lot of it you can assume the worst and it's going nowhere really.

Cut yourself loose. Don't be the girl that gets hurt because a guy is playing you. He only does that for self-satisfaction, and I can tell from what you're saying because I do the same thing to females.

It's not something I'm proud of, and I've done my best to resolve this flaw, but there are guys out there that do that just so they'll always have someone as a back up just in case they feel there's little or no hope in the "real" girl they're pursuing.

Either that, or he's one of those guys that is constantly juggling multiple "pre-relationships" at the same time. In that case, there's no way it'll ever get serious on his part.

It would be the very definition of a fool's errand, should you decide to keep chasing him.

Well, I have been texting a girl for few months and I always start the conversations as well I asked her to hang out twice and flirted her on Facebook and texts, but she is distracted a little, I don't know why.

Go talk to him about his nice flirts and compliments face to face, tell him that his words are sweet.
For hanging out, maybe he doesn't know where to hang out with ya, maybe he is afraid to mess up with taking you somewhere you don't like.
And seriously if you carry real feelings towards him, go to him and show it. True love never dies, it grows.
If he asked you to go out lately and you refused try to correct this mistake and call him back to go out again.
Trust me he loves you, but most guys just can't show their feelings directly.
