I almost hooked up with this guy on Saturday. It was at a party at his apartment and i stayed the night. He told me he digging me and seemed like he was interested in me.. His friends talked added me on FB/twitter and tweeted at me, but I haven't heard from him once.. I was thinking of texting him later this week but I don't know if I should. I don't get it

I think you should call him, see if he answers. Don't give him the golden ticket just yet. First make sure he's actually interested in you not just a hook up

Don't simply text. Call over the phone and develop a decent relationship then only you can find out whether he is really interested or not. mere texting is not the right way.
