My COD Black Ops 2 is Freezzz? How to prevent this?

while i'm playing cod bo2, it's freezzz (go to black screen) and i have to kill it with task manager to stop it. What should i do to prevent this from happen?

Here my PC Specs (Laptop):
- Dell xps 14z
- Intel i7 2.80GHz
- 4GB RAM
- GPU: Nvidia GT 520m 1GB DDR3
- Intel HD Graphic
- HDD: 750GB
- Screen resolution: 1366 x 720.

We can easily fix this issue ,please follow the below mentioned steps:
1.right click on desktop
2.Select Switchable graphic properties
3.select your game as High Performance

This can also happen if there are too many applications running in the background. We can speed up system performance by disabling few unwanted applications. Follow the instructions below to disable unwanted applications.
1.Win key + R
2.Type MSCONFIG
3.Go to the startup tab and disable applications. (This will not disable the application)
4.Go to the services tag and hide the Microsoft services
5.Disable applications which are not used.
6.Restart the computer.

We can also try deleting the temporary files by
1. Clicking on start
2. On search & programs files write % temp %
3. You will get Temp folder
4. Open the folder & delete all the temporary files
