We do need a new tax code, but 999 isn't it.
There is a difference between an attack and factual dissection and discussion.
Cain likes to say he doesn't agree with people who don't like the plan, but the facts stand.
It lowers taxes on the wealthy, punishes the middle, and wrings the last drop from the poor.
