I have a dell monitor and i cant turn of the osd lock?

I have tried pressing the menu button for 10 seconds but nothing happens. I have a pic of a padlock in the middle of my screen which keeps changing from locked to unlocked. What else can I do?

I think you have to push two buttons together on that.

My name is Krishna and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. When the OSD is already locked, pressing the menu button will only take the user directly to the OSD settings menu, with OSD Lock selected and does not unlock the OSD automatically. Here, select No (-) to unlock and allow user access to all applicable settings.
