Of course, because it's huge, Yahoo mail and Hotmail can't send it. I've tried the yahoo extra files thing, it comes up as 'No file sent" I tried another big email site, same thing. Is there any way (on the net) to do it? It's college coursework, a huge reading assignment.

You could try to upload the file to one of the free picture and video share sites then email the Direct Link to the file.

http://www.flickr.com/
http://photobucket.com/
http://www.picturepush.com
http://photodekho.com/

To get the URL in Photo Bucket left click next to direct link on the script one time, it will turn blue, then right click on it and select Copy.
Open the email and right click on the body of the email and select Paste.

With Flicker, on the top right click Share This-> a box will open click Grab Link, then right click on the script and select copy.
Go to your email and in the body of the email right click and select paste.

With Youtube , Click the icon associated with the video you want to view.
Click your cursor in the address bar when the YouTube video page opens.
Select "Ctrl" and "A" to select the full URL.
Select "Ctrl" and "C" to copy the URL. You now have a YouTube URL.

There are many free services which allow sending files of 50 MB or even 2 GB. Set up an account once you decide which service to use. Once uploaded, the file(s) can be downloaded by the recipient after you send the link. The files are available for a limited time, depending on the service used.

Too Big for Email - Send up to 2 GB at the same time (8 hours of upload time) Upload multiple files at the same time, with password protection, delivery receipt, encryption and room for a message too.

Dropbox (Free) - Sharing isn't one-way; your recipients can upload files for you as well. The free version lets you upload up to 2 GB's of files. You can share the files for 30 days.

MailBigFile - Send files of up to 1GB (= 1000 MB) for free.
