Facebook timeline privacy?

Facebook timeline privacy?
I want to change my privacy setting so that I can review the posts of one particular person on my friends list on my timeline before making them public. But I only want this ability to control this one person, and not have to review everything that everyone posts on my timeline. Is there any way to do this?

Best answer for most helpful, and have a great night everyone!

No I'm sorry there's only the option to review all post. You could always suggest this to Facebook as a update they should make.

I think you are trying to ensure quality/nature of the post of that friend before you approve it to your facebook timeline. Well, this is very simple to do that. If someone posts anything on your timeline, usually you get notification about that. Just click the notification message which will subsequently redirect you to your “timeline review” page. Here you've got two otpions - “publish on timeline” or “hide”. Choose either as per your preference.

Moreover, if you have accidentally approved that post and now wanted to remove the post, click the image/photo and move mouse cursor to aesterick symbol of your facebook timeline and choose “hide” option. You can also choose “delete” option if you wish to permanently delete the image. Recently facebook has customized its site to a complete user's friendly experience. I hope, the answer will satisfy your concern.
