How do you send a tweet to twitter without having the internet on your phone?

i was wondering how to do that and do they charge it on your cellphone bill i have unlimited txt messaging

There's an option on the settings menu that says "Mobile". This shows settings on how to set up SMS for Twitter. Basically, when you use this service, you just send text messages to a certain number and it updates your status on Twitter. There are other things you can do, too, which are all outlined under the mobile section as well.
