How do you solve this issue of computer Virus?
You are toodling along, reading your email, surfing the web, updating your Facebook status when you get an alert on your screen. It says, "Your computer is infected" or something similar. The alert looks very official, like it came from your operating system. There's a button to click, so you do. Suddenly, a cool looking scan appears on your screen, showing you progress as it searches your system and finds several viruses and other malware. You think, "How can this be happening? I have security software on my computer?? Did it fail me?"

That's a fake scam, been around for a while, pay no attention to it. Sure gets your attention though.. Noo this is just an Active-x scam trying to get you to click yes, or scan my computer now to download software onto your computer. This is all Spyware and BS.. general rule if you did not install it, it is crap and should not be trusted. I understand it seems to take over your browser and not let you out, just close it and things will be fine.

The first rule to follow, in order to solve the virus problem is that (application) programs should only be allowed to write to the files in their own root directory or in the files in their child directories but never in its parent directory i.e. the operating system should prevent that. However not completely. If they want than each time they should ask permission from the user (For example: at the beginning of Setup or to modify REGISTRY)

This is a type of malware crap itself known as 'rouge' anti-virus. By allowing it to scan your system, you may have allowed it to install on your system (it's a trick; a pop-up designed to trick users into installing it).

I suggest scanning with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware - it is very good at detecting and removing these types of 'rouge' malware.

Direct MBAM download link (from bleepingcomputer.com):

It probably wouldn't hurt to scan with SUPERAntiSpyware afterwards either.

I think it is a trojan,
Identifying the reason for crashing is essential prior to fixing the computer. The initial step is to reboot your computer. Why not use Registry Easy to diagnose the error?

OMG!This is one of the rogue software that runs over the internet free without restriction,it looks ''cool'' and very ''trusty'' looking sometimes very convincing... No real good AV program start scan from nowhere! Run malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org because it looks like you ''clicked'' the scan button! You may be infected!

That is your fake rouge spyware. Usually a trojan. It got your information out of your computer. Your email address, IP#, bank # and credit # if there. They will use it and sell it.
I hope you have a firewall.

Try running your anti virus in safe mode to get away from the trojan.
The thing will get worse.
It is in your start up
and add and remove programs
The uninstall in the add and remove might be blocked.
