Where can I report someone who is planning to kill the US president?
So, a friend, well a facebook contact is holding meetings, weekly meetings and plotting to overthrown the US government. Right now 6 are attending such meetings, and I want to report it but I don't know where. Where can I report that so that a deadly attack is prevented? I don't live in the US but the facebook contact lives there and I feel like I should report him.
