which OS system is best for mobile android 4.0 or windows OS ?

I want to buy smart phone, I am confused between choosing the OS of phone, which one is best android 4.0 or windows OS system.
I have studied two phones micromax A110 and Nokia Lumia 510. which one is best ? or suggest me best smart phone near price Rs. 11000/-

lumia support windows 7.5,,,which is an outdated OS(compare to win 8)
though they are rolling update named windows phone 7.8...this will only gives you resizable tiles and bluetooth transefer..,

this all features are already their in android 4.0.4 ICS,,,plus android has the 2nd best app store after apple

In contrast,,7.5 has very poor marketplace,,plus at 256mb ram,,you cant even run angry birds or skype type apps
The only plus point is Sync..It syncs your all accounts contacts marvelously (in short,,social media friendly OS)

so if u r interested in OS,,,then android is the winner

I personally prefer u micromax A110(as it gives u a lot in less price,,,plus it is an indian company)

Other best phones in ur budget:
samsung galaxy ace,HTC desire C,nokia lumia 610 and last but not the least micromax A90(my fav. as it is handy than A110 and also provides SUPER AMOLED screen)

get the lumia 510
its way better than any other phone at that price
it feels premium and high end in your hand
